Partyware, Inc. Rental Policy
Partyware, Inc. Rental Policy applies to all the rental orders made at www.PartywareRentals.com. Customers must read and accept all the terms and conditions of this Rental Policy before making a rental reservation.

Reservation Down Payment
The Reservation Down Payment of $100.00 is required to validate all the Rental Reservation. This amount pays toward the rental order as part of the rent. For reservations made within 30 days prior to the event date, the Reservation Down Payment and the full rental balance are required to be paid on reservation. Reservation Down Payment is not refundable once the reservation is confirmed.

Rental Balance
The Rental Balance(the rent total plus shipping fee if required, subtract $100.00 of the Reservation Down Payment if paid on reservation) due 3 weeks prior to the event date to ensure the timely delivery. For reservations made within 30 days prior to the event date, the Rental Balance and Reservation Down Payment are required to be paid on reservation. Rental Balance will be refunded fully in 3 business days if the reservation is cancelled before the items are shipped or picked up.

Security Deposit
The Security Deposit is required for all rental orders being paid by Check/Money Order or with a Debit Card. The amount of Security Deposit EQUALS to the rent total and due 3 weeks prior to the event date to ensure the timely delivery. Security Deposit will be refunded fully in 3 business days if the reservation is cancelled before the items are shipped or picked up, or will be refunded fully in 3 business days after the rental items are returned on time with no loss or damage.
The Security Deposit is not required for the rental orders being paid with Credit Card. (A Debit Card is considered as a bank check, the Security Deposit is required if the rental order is being paid with a Debit Card.)

Reservation Confirmation
A Reservation Confirmation will be sent to customer by email in 24 hours after we receive both the reservation form and the Reservation Down Payment. For reservations made within 30 days prior to the event date, the Reservation Down Payment and full Rental Balance are required to be paid on reservation to confirm the reservation. Any reservation without the Reservation Down Payment is not confirmed. Instead, we will send a Reservation Notification email.

Changes to Reservation
Changes to the Rental Reservation(such as reserved item type, color and quantity) can be made only before the items are shipped or picked up. The Request of Change must be made by email only. An updated Reservation Confirmation will be sent in 24 hours after the Request of Change is received by Partyware, Inc.

Cancellation of Reservation
The Rental Reservation can be cancelled only before the items are shipped or picked up. The Request of Cancellation must be made by email only. Once the reservation is cancelled, the Rental Balance and the Security Deposit, if they are paid, will be refunded fully in 3 business days; however the Reservation Down Payment will not be refunded. Cancellation can not be made if the items are shipped or picked up.

Shipping and Pickup
The rental items will be delivered 2-3 days prior to the event date if all the required payments are made on time. We ship the rental items to anywhere in the continental United States by the UPS, FedEx or the USPS. Customers are responsible for all the shipping cost which is usually calculated based on the items weight, package size and shipping distance. Customers are responsible to arrange delivery reception. Signature is required on delivery. Customers must inspect immediately the delivered items, its color and its quantity. If there is any difference between the items received and the items reserved, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers are welcome to pick up the rental items to waive the shipping cost. Pickup is available in 3 days prior to the event date in Brooklyn, NY. An appointment must be made before 7 days prior to the event date for pickup.

Returning of Rental Items
The rental items are required to be shipped(postmarked) for returning in 2 business days after the event date. Or they can be dropped off in 2 business days after the event date to the address they are picked up or shipped from. All the items must be un-tied and folded neatly before packing. Customers are not responsible for laundering. However, all the items must be dry and free of food or debris before packing. Any mildewed item is considered as damaged item and full replacement fee will be charged. It is imperative that all the rental items must be returned in a timely manner, or late return fee will be charged as 10% of the rental per day. Late return is counted from the 3rd business day after the event date to the return shipping postmark date. All the rental items must be returned in the same quantity and condition as when customer receives them (i.e., no tears, rips, holes or wax stains) or full replacement cost will be charged as 2 times of the rental price for each item.

The late return fee and the full replacement cost for items lost or damaged upon return will be deducted from the Security Deposit for rental orders paid by Check/Money Order or with a Debit Card, or will be charged to the Credit Card for rental orders paid by Credit Card.

By placing an order, making a payment, or returning items, the customer accepts all the terms and conditions of this Rental Policy. The Customer understands that a breach of contract will result in collections of fees by Partyware, Inc. The Customer will therefore be responsible for all fees associated with the collections process, including NSF check fees, attorney fees and litigations fees, in the event that the contract has been breached.

Partyware, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Rental Policy. Customers must read and accept all the terms and conditions of this Rental Policy before making rental reservation. Please feel free to contact us if there is any question about this Rental Policy.
